In the field of powertrain, we provide a systematic solution of "lighter, stronger and better" for the new generation of engine through advanced technologies such as extrusion casting and two-stage vacuum casting.

In the field of chassis assembly, we study the cutting-edge technologies such as differential pressure casting, gravity casting, aluminum material forming and alloy welding (arc welding, spot welding, friction stir welding, laser welding), and promote the application of aluminum alloy and al-mg alloy in battery tray, front/rear sub-frame, steering knuckle, wheel support, control arm and other products.
In the field of body assembly area, we rely on the structural lightweight technology, providing our customers with solutions based on new design, new materials and new process. Through the application of new high-strength lightweight materials, the body structure CAE topology optimization and complete body tests, we realize lightweight of the body with the premise of higher strength, better rigidity, and longer life-cycle.

Application of Composite Materials
We actively explore the R&D and application of composite technology to help our customers achieve the weight reduction targets.
We study the application of composite materials on exterior trim of the vehicle. Tailgate made of composite material can provide our customers with more abundant styling options while achieving 30% weight reduction on the basis of guaranteeing certain performance.
We develop lightweight hydrogen storage technology for fuel cell vehicles. Under the same pressure, carbon fiber reinforced composite hydrogen storage cylinder with glass fiber winding protection can achieve weight reduction of more than 20% compared with hydrogen storage cylinder made of steel.
We explore the application of composite material in the design of vehicle roof, and adopt continuous carbon fiber reinforced composite material technology. Under the condition of ensuring high stiffness and strength, the weight of a vehicle roof made of such material is only 5.0kg, while its steel counterpart weighs 9.5kg. Furthermore, the stiffness is increased by 20%, so we can say the weight reduction effect is quite obvious.

Automotive Fuel System
In the field of automotive fuel system, we provide our customers with full life-cycle services from synchronous development, test and validation, product supply to after-sales service.
The newly developed Strapless technology enables assembling fuel tank to vehicle via a bracket which is a part of fuel tank flashing. The upper and lower surfaces of fuel tank are jointed by the kiss-off, stand-off or other structures to enhance the tank strength, which can effectively reduce the weight of the fuel system by around 2kg with weight reduction ratio of 15%.
Meanwhile, we are promoting hybrid technology as well as hydrogen fuel storage & delivery technology research and development to support future development trend in the aspect of lower fuel consumption, less or Zero emission and better performance.
