Chassis Integration
We have our own chassis integration capabilities such as chassis architecture development, new energy chassis integration, high-end model chassis integration and so on. We have studied deeply into the application of new lightweight material such as high strength steel and aluminum and magnesium alloys, aluminum alloy forming technology, and binding technology of different materials, which can meet the customer requirements for the integrated chassis and lightweight.
Meanwhile, we are committed to cultivating the future-oriented chassis electronic integration capabilities, integrating non-decoupled electronic-boosted brake system(E-Booster), electronic parking brake system (EPB), decoupled electronic-boosted brake system(X-Booster), electric powered steering system(EPS), electronic hydraulic brake system(EHB) and other electronic chassis technologies with chassis dynamics control system, in order to provide our customers a total solution from the chassis frame synchronized development to the integrated supply of all chassis modules(front suspension module, rear suspension module and engine module).

Suspension System
We offer suspension system products ranging from front/rear sub-frame, control arm, rear axle, shock absorber strut assembly, suspension spring, stabilizer bar, wheel support and others.
We have the independent development capability of high strength material. We also have the synchronized development, the test & verification and the stable supply capabilities in the suspension system assembly and its subsystems, so that we can meet the demands of both domestic and foreign mainstream automobile manufacturers.
We have also been optimizing our structural design, new material application and manufacturing process to meet our customers’ requirements for the lightweight.

Steering System
We provide electric power steering systems(EPS) covering all kinds of passenger car, including Column type EPS, Pinion type EPS, and Rack type EPS, etc.
The electric steering products are powered by motors controlled by ECU, which can realize the steering function from the steering wheel to the vehicle wheels. We have developed electric steering systems EPS BK2 and EPS BK2evo based on modular development for intelligent vehicles, supporting the steering function of the advanced driving assistance such as autonomous parking, lane keeping and traffic jam assistance.
The latest generation of EPS system with high redundancy (SCU3) can also satisfy the various steering functions of future autonomous driving.

Braking System
We provide our customers with complete solutions of hydraulic braking system from synchronous development, system integration to high quality and stable supply, covering brake hose, vacuum booster, brake clamp and other products.
At the same time, we develop electronic braking system products that do not rely on traditional mechanical structure to realize braking function. The electric-boosted braking system (E-Booster) provides the vehicle with braking booster solutions that are independent of vacuum sources. With standard ESP, the booster can work with ADAS to achieve active braking. Its adjustable pedal feeling, fast response and high energy recycle rate ensures comfort, environmental protection and last but not least, safety.
Electronic parking brake system (EPB) is composed of electronic control unit and caliper assembly, integrated with driving brake and parking brake function at the same time. The electronic control unit is used to control the caliper assembly, realizing vehicle braking and parking. In the extreme situation of hydraulic brake system failure, the EPB can also provide backup emergency braking.

Transmission System
We are committed to researching, developing and producing the driveline systems and its components with more energy saving, efficiency and safety, providing reliable driveline systems solutions for passenger vehicles.
The products applied to the conventional vehicles including constant velocity universal joint drive shaft, differential and prop shaft, PTU, RDM, EMCD for AWD system, etc., which are all having good NVH performance, and all adapt to different kinds of vehicle layout from various customers. At the same time, we also provide e-drive transmission, electric drive axle and hybrid transmission for NEVs.
We actively respond to the development of technology and different customer demand, constantly innovate our transmission system solution. Through further improving the transmission efficiency and running stability, we improve vehicles’ mobility and off-road performance, reduce fuel consumption and emissions, thus creating a better driving experience for the consumers.
