E-drive
We provide our customers with customized e-drive solutions based on different demands.
The integrated e-drive system highly integrates the inverter, asynchronous/synchronous motor and gearbox to achieve the miniaturization, integration and lightweight of the whole system, and supports the compact powertrain layout of various new energy vehicles. Compared with the current mainstream of e-drive system which contains separate gearbox, inverter and motor, our highly integrated e-drive system has advantages of lower cost, smaller size and more efficiency. With good lubrication and cooling solution, NVH performance and higher continuous power, our E-drive system can bring the customers a better driving experience.
Seperate motor and power electronic box provide our customers with more flexible combination possibilities. We have motor platforms, the power of which covers from A00 class to C class, and which even can be used in commercial vehicles under 12m of length. Motor types are permanent magnet synchronous ones and asynchronous ones, supported by advanced technologies such as hairpin winding and high reluctance torque with our core self-owned IP rights, which can meet the requirements of both main drive system and auxiliary drive system. Power electronic box products include motor controller and DC/DC power converter, realizing reliable and precise control of motor torque through our self-owned core technology, whose power range meets the requirements from A00 class to C class and even some commercial vehicles.

48V motor products include BSG motors, GMG motors and DMG motors, which can meet the auxiliary drive requirements from P0 to P4. BSG motors can realize functions such as sliding with gear, torque boost, energy recycling, etc. GMG motors and DMG motors can realize more functions such as torque monitoring, pure e-drive (short term), electric take-off, etc. The above mentioned system can realize fuel saving of 10%-20%.
Thermal Management System
We provide integrated vehicle thermal management system solutions, which can realize thermal management of engines and cabin for conventional-powered vehicles and battery/motor cooling and waste heat recycling for new-energy vehicles.
We have mechanical compressors ranging from wobbleplate、swashplate、scroll structure. We also have e-compressor with highly efficient brushless DC motor, scroll compression technology and highly integrated control technology. Our compressor profile is rather complete, whose displacement covers from 18 cc/r to 330 cc/r, with good cooling efficiency and NVH performance, meeting all kinds of requirements of both passenger and commercial vehicles as well.
We are among the first in the industry to realize the industrial application of the heat pump air-conditioning system, which can ensure the safe working temperature of batteries and motors and meet the comfort requirements of the cabin in a wider range of ambient temperature scope(above -10℃). The system can greatly improve the performance of battery mileage of new energy vehicles in winter, which is increased by about 30%.

Advanced Pump
Our high-end pump products include electronic cooling water pump, electronic vacuum pump, electronic vapour pump, variable oil pump and mechanical water pump, covering systems of thermal management, turbocharger cooling, battery cooling, oil supply cooling, exhaust gas recirculation cooling, canister purging, engine and transmission lubrication, cooling and hydraulic drive, meeting customer demands of fuel efficiency increasing and emission reduction.
