Safety Management System
We always adhere to the safety management principle of "safety first, prevention primarily and comprehensive control", earnestly implementing the requirements of the state's production safety law, fire control law and other laws and regulations, and strictly implementing the internal safety management system and production safety responsibility system. Through preventive risk assessment and hidden danger investigation, rectification and tracking, we resolutely prevent the occurrence of serious fire, production safety accidents and other malignant events; We insist on people-orientation, and through improving the production environment, and the safety management network, we try to create a good atmosphere for everyone where life is take care and safety is always the priority, thus avoiding the occurrence of occupational health and safety hazards and accidental injuries to employees due to production activities.
Environment Management System
We strictly abide by the environmental protection laws and regulations, industrial technical specifications and government management regulations of the country (region) where business is operated, and do a good job in environmental protection in various aspects such as project investment and daily operation. We strictly implement environmental protection management measures in each stage of investment projects: environmental impact assessment in the pre-investment stage, analysis of environmental influence factors, and formulation of environmental protection measures. At the project implementation stage we ensure the environmental protection investment, and simultaneously constructs the related facility. At the completion stage of the project, special acceptance of environmental protection will be organized to ensure the compliance of emission regulations. We actively implement daily environmental protection management: by carrying out source control, eliminating backward production process, closely monitoring the discharge of waste water and waste gas, and timely identifying and controlling environmental risks, implementing solid waste classification management requirements, strengthening standardized management of hazardous wastes, organizing and carrying out related training to improve the knowledge and skills of environment management personnel and operators.

We have already a wide range of competitive products including E-motors and power electronic box, E-drive system, electric air conditioning compressor, thermal management systems, electronic steering machine, intelligent start-stop system, battery management system, battery tray, electronic pump and electronic brake, etc., and have gradually formed a complete industry chain of NEV core parts.
